Brushed off a STEELFIT favorite  this morning. They ALL look so innocent on paper.

50 Double Under
Pull up Ladder 1 to 10 with Burpees
(one pull up, one Burpee, two pull ups, two Burpees, etc)
50 Double Under
Pull up Ladder
10 to 1 with Mountain Climbers
(ten pull ups, ten mountain climbers, 9 pull ups, 9 mountain climbers)
50 Double Under

Pull Up Perfection

In Pursuit of the Perfect Pull Up” is the stated mission of Steelfit. With that said, we thought it would only be fair if we further defined the ground rules for the search. Would it ultimately lead to a pull up demonstrated with absolute perfect form? Would it lead us to the perfect pull up bar upon which to perform the exercise?
