Six Week Chin Up Challenge

The editors of Women’s Health Magazine reached out to STEELFIT for help recently and we supplied them with our classic FREE-Bar, free standing pull up bar system.  Just what was needed for the Women’s Health Six Week Chin Up Challenge featured in the September issue of the magazine and on line at At STEELFIT,we truly believe in the virtues of the mighty pull up for all athletes and fitness enthusiasts; men or women.  It is the king of body weight strength movements and is without doubt one of the emost efficient upper-body moves you can do.  As the editors of Women’s Health clearly outline, the chin up strengthens and sculpts the muscles in your arms, shoulders, back and core with every rep. It builds muscle mass, which in turn helps you boost your metabolism and shed body fat.  In OUR view, its the near perfect exercise for everyone.
